Work out your number

What it costs against what you bill.

Per-client pricing is worth judging as a share of the revenue those clients produce, not as a line item on its own. Move the sliders.

Your Peak Logic bill$1,132per month
Platform$397
5 clients × $147$735
Effective cost per client$226

You bill $12,500. Peak Logic is 9.1% of that.

Founding Member — first 10 agencies

Full price. Locked for life.

We are not discounting the first ten. Cheap attracts people who leave, and a founding rate that quietly rises later is not much of a promise. Instead the first ten agencies pay today's price and keep it — permanently, through every increase.

  • Your rate is locked for as long as you stay. Every future price rise passes you by.
  • Setup and migration done with you, free. Accounts, numbers, pipelines, templates, A2P filing — we build it alongside you.
  • A direct line to the founder. Not a ticket queue. You will be shaping what gets built next, and that is the actual trade.

Worth being straight with you: we are early. You will get more attention than any customer we take on later, and in exchange you will hit rough edges first and tell us about them.

The trial

14 days free — starting when your first client goes live.

Most trials start the moment you sign up, which sounds generous and usually isn't. Getting a client texting legally requires A2P 10DLC registration with the mobile carriers, and that takes days — sometimes weeks. A signup-triggered clock would burn most of your trial in a queue you don't control, and you'd never see the product do the thing you came for.

So the clock starts when your first client actually goes live. Fourteen days of the real system, on a real account, doing real work.

  • It covers your first client. Adding a second one ends the trial and starts billing — that's the clearest sign it's working.
  • There's a backstop. If nothing has gone live 30 days after signup, the trial starts on its own. We'll remind you before it does.
  • No card gymnastics. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
Straight answer

No. And it's not the same kind of thing.

A CRM with a chatbot bolted onto it and an operating system that learns from your results are not one product at two prices. They're different products, and the monthly number is the least interesting difference between them.

Here is the difference, in one example

In a typical stack, four tools touch one job. Meta runs the ad. A CRM stores the lead. A bot texts it. A spreadsheet records that it closed for $14,000. None of them share an identity for that homeowner, so nobody can tell you which creative produced that $14,000 — only which one was cheapest per lead, which is a different question and often the opposite answer.

Peak Logic OS carries the tracking parameters from the ad click through the conversation, the booking and the closed job, on one record. So revenue attribution runs down to the individual creative and offer — not cost per lead, actual dollars earned. And because it is the same system, the AI qualifying tomorrow's lead can see which ad it came from and what that ad has been worth.

That loop is not a feature another tool can add. It requires the ad spend, the conversation, the pipeline and the revenue to live in one system — which is the whole reason to build an OS instead of another app.

What that closed loop pays for

  • True ROI per creative — revenue earned, not cost per lead, so you scale the ad that made money rather than the one that looked cheap
  • An AI that improves as your closed jobs accumulate, instead of a bot repeating the same script forever
  • Client reporting that survives scrutiny, because the numbers come from the same records the work happened in
  • Retention you can see coming — health scores built on real activity, not a gut feeling in month nine

How it learns →

And what it replaces

  • The stack, added up — plus the hours lost in the seams between the tools
  • The leads that go cold overnight because nobody answered until 10am
  • One client who doesn't churn, because they saw their results every week
  • The part of a setter's salary you stop needing at all

The longer argument →

Now the honest part

A GoHighLevel reseller plan plus a cheap AI texting add-on will still come in under this, and if the lowest monthly line item is what decides it, you should use that — genuinely. We would rather lose that comparison than win it by pretending to be the cheap option. This is priced as the system your agency runs on.

Voice AI — coming, and it won't change this page

An AI that answers and places calls is in development. When it lands, Founding Members get it at their locked rate like everything else. We would rather ship it properly than charge for a roadmap.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered plainly.

What counts as an active client?
A client account that is live — running campaigns, receiving leads, or messaging through the system. Pausing or archiving a client stops the charge for them the same month. You are never billed for accounts sitting idle.
Is there a minimum number of clients?
No. One client is a perfectly valid account, and that is deliberate — an agency that grows from two clients to twelve running on Peak Logic OS is exactly who this was built for. The $397 platform fee is the practical floor.
Why does the free trial start when my first client goes live?
Because A2P 10DLC carrier registration can take days or weeks, and a trial that starts at signup would be mostly spent waiting on approval instead of using the product. Your 14 days begin the day your first client is actually live. If nothing has gone live within 30 days of signup, the trial starts automatically.
What happens if I add a second client during the trial?
The trial ends and billing starts. Adding a second client is the clearest possible sign the system is working for you, and it keeps the rule to one sentence instead of a page of conditions.
Are there feature tiers or per-seat charges?
No. Every agency gets every feature, and your whole team is included. We would rather charge for the value you get from a client than sell you back the features you already needed.
Do you charge extra for SMS and AI usage?
Normal usage is included. Every account has visible usage tracking and spend caps you control, so there are no surprise overage invoices — if an account is trending high, you will see it before the bill does.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, no contract, cancel any time. Your data is yours and can be exported — contacts, conversations, pipeline and reporting. A system worth staying in should not need a lock on the door.
How does this compare to running GoHighLevel plus an AI bot?
It is roughly two to three times a typical GHL reseller bill, and it replaces that plus a separate AI SMS tool plus a meaningful part of a setter's job. If the lowest monthly line item is the deciding factor, GoHighLevel is cheaper and we would rather you use it.
